Taiwan Teams Up with Singapore and South Korea to Take Film and TV Global

To fuel global collaboration in Taiwan’s film and TV industry, the Taiwan Creative Content Agency(TAICCA)has just signed exciting new partnerships with Mediacorp from Singapore, and Gyeonggi Content Agency (GCA) from South Korea. These collaborations aim to boost Taiwan’s impact on the international stage with a fresh wave of innovative, cross-border projects.

 

Partnering with Mediacorp to Dive into the Southeast Asian Market

TAICCA and Mediacorp have launched a strategic partnership to bring Taiwan and Singapore’s film and TV industries closer than ever, with a bold vision for the Southeast Asian market. This collaboration will foster professional exchange, unleash creative content from both regions, and support training programs to raise the bar on quality and production.

As Singapore’s biggest media company, Mediacorp has a solid track record of global partnerships. Recent projects with Taiwan include All Is Well (2019) with Taiwan Television, Trinity of Shadows (2022) with CATCHPLAY+ and HBO, and In the Name of Love (2023), an original Mandarin series developed with TAICCA.

In an exciting step for industry growth, TAICCA and South Korea’s GCA are teaming up to support mutual participation in key events, and will share resources to achieve their goals together.
